Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 10 years of communications experience, including financial services or securities industry exposure.

Responsibilities

• Leads digital strategy across internal and external platforms with governance and standards.
• Partners with Corporate Communications, Technology and business partners to align strategies.
• Oversees editorial ecosystem, content campaigns, and data-driven optimization.
• Manages a team of managers and experienced ICs with career development and coaching.
• Demonstrates FINRA values and collaborates across locations and teams.
