Job summary

The U.S. Global Leadership Coalition (USGLC) seeks a Digital Communications Manager to develop and deploy a full suite of digital storytelling across platforms, growing support for strategic American engagement.

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in social media strategy, video production, and graphic design to articulate USGLC messaging and influence policymakers on Capitol Hill and in the Administration.

Qualifications

• At least three years in social media content creation and strategy.
• Proven success growing social media audiences with data-driven approaches.
• Strong instinct for social media storytelling and recognizing compelling moments.
• Experience with video production and graphic design.

Responsibilities

• Social media and content creation across platforms to advance USGLC’s mission.
• Graphic design and branding to deliver a consistent brand experience across channels.
• Video production and editing for short-form videos and reels; add captions and graphics.
• Manage photo and videography coverage of events; support livestreams and event AV.
• Create and maintain a digital content calendar aligned with organizational priorities.
