O’Neil Digital Solutions, LLC in Monroe, NC is seeking a Digital Stitcher Operator I for 1st shift on a 4x10 schedule. You will set up, operate, and maintain saddle stitch equipment to produce bonded printing materials.

The role emphasizes equipment setup, quality monitoring, troubleshooting, and safe operation. You will collaborate with the team to meet production targets and preserve workflow from start to finish.

Competenze

• High School graduate, or completion of GED preferred.
• Two years experience in a printing or bindery environment; operating Horizon, IBIS or Mueller Stitchers is a plus.
• This position requires technical and mechanical orientation.
• Ability to read and interpret operation and maintenance instructions.
• Adherence to Safety and OSHA standards.

• Set up equipment at job start according to ticket specifications.
• Inspect equipment and address safety concerns.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment; perform preventative maintenance.
• Monitor quality, output, and productivity.
• Adjust operation to meet specifications.
• Detect defective materials and report to the department manager.
• Communicate job status to the department manager.
• Follow recycling procedures for PHI and maintain workflow from start to end.
