Brown and Caldwell seeks a Digital Technology Consultant to lead digital solutions engagements, focusing on data management, BI reporting, dashboards, and AI-enabled tooling for water/wastewater clients. The role emphasizes governance, system integration, and roadmap development across digital initiatives.

You will guide deployments, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and help transform data into actionable business insights across multiple projects and clients.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, computer science, geography, or similar field is required.
• Experience with data from water/wastewater enterprise applications (CMMS, GIS, LIMS, SCADA, PMIS, Asset Management).
• Typically 5+ years of relevant experience; 10+ years preferred, with SB SMS framework progression.
• Experience applying DAMA-DMBOK or similar data governance frameworks.

• Communicate the technology planning approach and frameworks to clients.
• Lead enterprise technology planning, selection, implementation of information systems and data integration.
• Lead teams to design and implement digital solutions aligning technology with business goals.
• Oversee small to mid-size projects with a small project staff.
• Ensure data governance compliance with BC standards and cybersecurity policies.
• Lead data management initiatives, dashboards, AI tools, reporting, and digital transformation efforts.
• Provide strategic insights through data analysis.
• Facilitate client discussions and present status and future initiatives.
• Differentiate basic data integration tasks from complex data engineering pipelines.
