Brown and Caldwell, Inc. is seeking a Digital Technology Consultant to lead digital solutions projects for water/wastewater clients. The role focuses on data management, BI reporting, dashboards, AI-enabled tools, and system integration to improve client data assets.

Ideal candidates will guide roadmaps, govern data practices, and collaborate with teams to deploy end-to-end analytics solutions, while mentoring colleagues and supporting business development efforts.

Competenze

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, computer science, geography, or similar field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in digital technology consulting or equivalent.
• Experience with data management, governance, analytics, and BI reporting in water/wastewater environments.

• Communicate the technology planning approach and frameworks to clients.
• Lead enterprise technology planning, evaluation, and implementation of information systems.
• Direct teams to design and implement digital solutions aligned with client goals.
• Oversee small to mid-size projects with limited technical complexity.
