Brown and Caldwell is seeking a Digital Technology Consultant to lead digital solutions engagements for water and wastewater clients, focusing on data management, BI, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools. You will guide data integration, governance, and transformation, mentor junior staff, and help develop technology roadmaps and project scopes in collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Competenze

• Experience with data from water/wastewater enterprise apps like CMMS, GIS, LIMS, SCADA.
• Proficient in data governance frameworks and data quality management.
• Ability to design digital solutions integrating IT data with time-series sensor data.

• Communicate the technology planning approach to clients.
• Lead enterprise technology planning, selection/evaluation/implementation of information systems to support client’s business processes and integrating technologies to help clients make the best use of their data, systems, and tools.
• Lead teams to identify, design and implement innovative digital solutions helping clients align technology initiatives with business goals.
• Responsible for all aspects of small to mid-size projects with low degree of technical complexity, involving a small project staff
• Ensure data governance of digital solutions created are in compliance with BC technical standards and cybersecurity policies.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of data management initiatives, dashboarding, AI embedded tools, reporting and general digital transformation efforts.
• Provide strategic insights through data analysis.
• Facilitate client discussions and make presentations on the status and future initiatives regarding digital technology plans and usage.
• Differentiate between client needs for basic data integration tasks and the development of more complex data engineering pipelines and lead digital solutions technical staff in implementing the identified solutions.
• Provide training and support to less experienced colleagues for their development and understanding of digital technology consulting.
• Support business development activities and lead development of scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Flexibility to adapt and execute various additional assignments, including PM-related duties, based on evolving needs.
