Brown and Caldwell is seeking a Digital Technology Consultant to lead digital solutions for water/wastewater clients. The role focuses on data management, BI reporting, AI-enabled tools, and system integration to transform client data into business value.

You will guide technology roadmaps, select solutions, and shape governance practices while collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver practical, scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, computer science, geography, or similar field.
• Typically, a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with data from water/wastewater enterprise applications (e.g., CMMS, GIS, LIMS, SCADA, PMIS, Asset Management).
• Experience applying DAMA-DMBOK or comparable data management frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Communicate the technology planning approach to clients.
• Lead enterprise technology planning, evaluation/implementation of information systems to support client processes.
• Lead teams to design and implement digital solutions aligning technology with business goals.
• Ensure data governance of digital solutions is compliant with standards and policies.
• Develop data management initiatives, dashboards, AI tools, and digital transformation efforts.
• Provide strategic insights through data analysis and client presentations.
