We are seeking a Digital Solutions Specialist to join our team in the Atlanta, GA area. This is an on-site role, offering the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team recognized for delivering large-scale construction projects. The Digital Solutions Lead will be responsible for the development, continuous improvement, and implementation of the technology solutions through the different business units of ACCIONA Infrastructure in North America.

Job Description

• Develop and maintain the various technology solution blueprints for the region. T
• Coordination and monitoring of digital solutions initiatives implemented by those responsible for functions and processes in the departments and projects in the region.
• Develop training needs assessment with region’s Human Resources Department based on most current technology solution map for each of the business units and corporate departments.
• Consolidation of all ACCIONA developed technology solutions across the region, periodically reporting to, and acting as a liaison with, ACCIONA IT Solutions teams from all active business units in the region.
• Likewise, acting as the main contact with the Digital Solutions team of the Technological R&D Centers of our Construction, Water, and Concessions businesses.
• Coordinate technology solutions and broader IT needs with the Bid and Tenders Department to ensure best practices and ongoing improvement of such practices are considered. .
• Promote best practices in application of technology solutions that drive operational excellence and efficiencies whilst achieving ACCIONA’s strategic goals (i.e. Sustainability, etc.)
• Represent ACCIONA at regional events relating to role as well as innovation events.
• Liaise with the IT Systems team to facilitate integration of business and project solutions.
• Manage and coordinate relationships with current and new third party solutions providers.
• Support to the Innovation and Technology department of the region.
• Assistance in contextualizing and making critical decisions to refine the company's options and drive growth, improve profitability, and maintain a competitive advantage in the region.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Special Conditions Travel within North America and elsewhere may be required from time to time

Required Skills And Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree / background in Engineering or Information Technology.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
• Significant work experience in Information Technology applied to the Physical Infrastructure Business
• Experience implementing and managing technology solutions on infrastructure construction projects is a strong asset
• Experience in successfully designing and executing technology and solutions maps
• Strong people and team collaboration skills
• Ability to build and maintain beneficial relationships on ACCIONA’s behalf
• Ability to communicate Technical Presentations effectively to a broad audience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines, priorities, and stakeholder expectations simultaneously.
• Highly organized with excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
