Job description

The Digital Solutions Delivery Manager will lead the delivery of digital applications and technical implementations within the R&D organization and CertainTeed Business Units turning strategic priorities into clear requirements, practical delivery plans, and solutions that create measurable value for the business.

This role combines product ownership with project delivery. The Digital Solutions Delivery Manager will work closely with the Digital Product Strategy Manager to understand the vision and intended outcomes, then take ownership of moving the work forward across developers, technical partners, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Our work includes early concepts, prototypes, pilots, and applications ready for broader implementation. You’ll need to be comfortable with uncertainty while bringing enough structure to keep people aligned, decisions moving, and commitments visible.

Essential Functions:

• Translate business needs into intuitive user experiences and delivery plans. Map business processes and user needs into application workflows, screen requirements, and wireframes.


• Set developers up for success. Partner closely with our developers to clarify requirements, establish priorities, and ensure they have the business context, decisions, access, and stakeholder input they need.


• Be accountable for outcomes across the full product lifecycle. Lead multiple complex digital product initiatives from planning through launch, adoption, and transition to ongoing support, ensuring that work reaches completion and delivers its intended value for developed apps and third party implementations.


• Lead thoughtful third-party application selection and implementation. Define business and user requirements, assess whether to build or buy, and evaluate applications against fit, usability, integration needs, security, total cost, and ongoing support.


• Create and execute communication and change management plans. Identify impacted stakeholders, develop clear communication and engagement plans, and coordinate training and adoption activities.


• Establish and maintain realistic plans. Set scope, owners, schedules, and dependencies with the people doing the work.Track commitments, address missed milestones, and agree on recovery actions.


• Lead candid, collaborative conversations. Address competing priorities, unclear ownership, delivery concerns, and disagreements directly and respectfully. Establish clear decisions and next steps.


• Maintain clear visibility. Communicate progress, decisions, risks, and support needed so leadership and stakeholders can act without having to chase updates. Surface risks, new information, and opportunities early.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience or Master's Degree with 7+ years experience or PhD with 3+ years of experience . Preferred fields of study are: Business, Software Engineering, Construction Management, or similarly related fields.


• Work experience in product ownership, project management, digital product lifecycle and business analysis.


• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

• Work expereince in Innovation and AEC Exposure


• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles, agile methodologies and knowledge of and passion for emerging technologies,

Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees’ wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position, which is $102,000 to $158,000 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 13% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $115,260 to $178,540. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
