Job summary

Koroseal seeks a Digital Solutions Coordinator to oversee digital project execution, design tasks, and coordination of graphic resources in Medina, OH. You will engage with customers, perform basic design work, manage timelines, and ensure design delivery meets expectations.

Based at our corporate office, you will liaise with field sales and cross-functional teams, handle intake, QA requirements, and help prepare quotes for digital projects while maintaining high quality and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Interior Design preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in a manufacturing or design-related environment.
• Experience with advanced graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Firefly) preferred.
• Background in graphic design is a plus.
• Prior experience in wallcovering, architectural products, or commercial interiors industry is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional and customer-focused.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with project management or service management systems is a plus.
• Self-motivated and solutions-oriented, able to work independently and across cross-functional teams.
• Must be able to sit for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake for digital project requests to determine requirements.
• Review customer-provided art images to confirm suitability for print-to-wall coverings.
• Execute image searches meeting customer requirements using designated tools & platforms.
• Perform level one design activities: image searches, image generation, minor image resizing/cropping.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure image selections and edits align with design vision and project requirements.
• Document and validate all customer requirements for custom digital projects.
• Coordinate with graphic design resources to produce customer-approved designs and ensure timelines.
• Facilitate proactive communication with customers and field sales regarding projects.
• Manage project timelines and ensure milestones are met.
• Submit information to quotes team to price digital projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet KPIs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Description

The solutions coordination team is a critical part of the overall success of a product line. As a Digital Solutions Coordinator, you will be accountable for the facilitation of custom digital sales. In this role, you will be responsible for digital project execution, including but not limited to: engaging in customer interactions, basic design work, overseeing assigned graphic design resources, and exceeding customer expectations in design delivery.

The Solutions Coordinator will report to the Supervisor, Digital Coordination and be based in-person at our Corporate Office in Medina, OH.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct intake for digital project requests to determine requirements
• Review customer-provided art images to confirm suitability for print-to-wall coverings
• Using designated tools & platforms, execute image searches meeting customer requirements
• Using designated tools & platforms, execute level one design activities meeting customer requirements, including but not limited to: image searches, image generation, perform minor image resizing/cropping
• Collaborate with customers to ensure image selections and edits align with their design vision & project requirements
• Document & validate all customer requirements for custom digital projects
• Liaise with graphic design resources to produce customer-approved designs for projects, holding them accountable for meeting customer expectations
• Facilitate proactive communication with customers & field sales representatives regarding assigned customer digital projects
• Manage project timelines
• Collect & submit all required information to the quotes team to quote customer digital projects
• Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously, meeting all required performance metrics & KPIs
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications
