Koroseal is seeking a Product Manager to drive performance, competitiveness, and growth of assigned product portfolios. This role connects customers, sales, suppliers, marketing, and internal cross-functional teams to translate market needs into clear product strategies and strong execution.

It is based onsite at our Medina, OH Corporate Headquarters. The Product Manager will own portfolio financial performance, pricing, partner relationships, and New Product Introduction (NPI) execution while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in product management, product marketing, sales, or related field.
• Experience in wallcoverings, textiles, interior products, or luxury home décor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned product portfolios, including product strategy, pricing, profitability, product mix, and lifecycle management.
• Develop and execute strategies that support revenue growth, margin improvement, market competitiveness, and overall portfolio performance.
• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives from concept through launch, coordinating cross-functional teams and timelines.
• Gather customer, Sales, industry, and competitive insights to identify market opportunities and guide product development.
• Monitor market trends, competitive products, pricing, and customer needs to inform portfolio and business decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on product positioning, presentations, training, sales tools, launches, and customer communications.

The Product Manager is responsible for managing the performance, competitiveness, and growth of assigned Koroseal product portfolios. This role connects customers, sales, suppliers, marketing, and internal cross-functional teams to translate market needs into clear product strategies and strong execution. The Product Manager owns portfolio financial performance, cost competitiveness, list price, partner relationships, and new product introduction (NPI) execution while serving as a key source of product and market expertise across the organization.
This position will report to the Senior Vice President of Product Management and Marketing, and is based onsite at our Medina, OH Corporate Headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned product portfolios, including product strategy, pricing, profitability, product mix, and lifecycle management.
• Develop and execute strategies that support revenue growth, margin improvement, market competitiveness, and overall portfolio performance.
• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives from concept through launch, coordinating cross-functional teams and timelines.
• Gather customer, Sales, industry, and competitive insights to identify market opportunities and guide product development.
• Monitor market trends, competitive products, pricing, and customer needs to inform portfolio and business decisions.
• Manage strategic vendor and partner relationships, including product opportunities, pricing, performance, and issue resolution.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing on product positioning, presentations, training, sales tools, launches, and customer communications.
• Maintain accurate product information, pricing, catalog content, SKU data, and product lifecycle information.
• Analyze financial, market, customer, and competitive data to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Design, Supply Chain, and other teams to drive product initiatives and business results.
• Provide product expertise and support to internal teams, customers, and other key stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in product management, product marketing, sales, commercial management, or a related field.
• Experience in wallcoverings, textiles, interior products, or luxury home décor preferred.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of revenue, margins, pricing, costs, and profitability.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to understand product applications, specifications, and technical requirements.
• Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to collaborate and influence across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer, market, and competitive awareness.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods and safely lift up to 20 pounds.
