Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Digital Shopper Marketing Intern for Summer 2027 in Overland Park, KS. You will work on eCommerce experiences, optimizing PDP content for major retailers and driving conversion across digital shelves.

Ten weeks long (June 7 - August 13), this role involves coordinating with shopper marketers, creating retailer-specific copy, and leveraging analytics to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a BA/BS degree program, in your 3rd or 4th year in marketing, digital marketing, computer science, business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support large shopper media activations across multiple key retailers and develop strategies for digital shelf optimization.
• Execute retailer-specific copy optimization for PDPs to improve retailer algorithms and shopper engagement.
• Coordinate PDP image and copy updates with built-in data validation steps.
• Use digital shelf analytics tools to identify performance gaps and translate data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with shopper marketers and retail media managers to boost digital shelf visibility and incremental conversions.
