Qualifications

• Enrolled in a BA/BS degree program, in 3rd or 4th year, in one of the listed fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Interest in digital product development and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; familiarity with Jira/Confluence/Figma/Miro is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define user stories and groom product backlogs with PMs and Product Owners.
• Conduct UX, market, and feature benchmarking research.
• Document business requirements and map current vs future workflows.
• Support UAT, feature validation, and issue triage for timely rollouts.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to track KPIs and derive insights.
• Organize workshops and maintain project documentation across teams.
