Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a BA/BS degree program, in 3rd or 4th year.
• Strong written and verbal communication; translates ideas into clear requirements and documentation.
• Interest in digital product development, UX, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced project.
• Familiarity with digital tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or Miro is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define user stories and groom product backlogs with Product Managers.
• Conduct UX, market, and feature benchmarking research for the relaunch.
• Document business requirements and map current vs future-state workflows.
• Support UAT, feature validation, and issue triage for quality deliverables.
• Monitor KPIs and translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Organize workshops and coordinate across regional teams and partners.
