Job summary

Visa Hunt seeks a Digital Services Technical Lead to drive modern software practices through a DevSecOps methodology. This hands-on role requires technical mastery and the ability to collaborate across multiple engineering disciplines, including AWS SRE, automation, security, and cloud operations.

The ideal candidate will lead architectural design, incident response, and strategic transformation initiatives while communicating effectively with executives and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or relevant field.
• Hands-on DevSecOps experience across cloud and security disciplines.
• Strong leadership and customer-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Technical design, development and solutioning of new technology and implementations.
• Be a key technical leader to drive maturity of current software development and continuous delivery of highly visible applications.
• Proven track record in senior consulting or advisory roles with current hands on experience, driving strategic change and digital adoption across multiple business units.
• Overseeing and implementing a broad range of technology transformation initiatives, especially AI, analytics, and digital solutions.
• Communicate status of events to executives and coordinate RFIs with technical responses aligned to roadmap.
• Use observability tools to identify and troubleshoot enterprise or cloud issues and drive improvements.
• Manage communications during high impact events and ensure timely resolutions.
• Lead incident root-cause sessions and roadmap future changes.
