The role also serves as the welcoming front desk contact during business hours, ensuring smooth operations and accurate data entry; a high school diploma and 1–2 years in sales support or admin are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 1–2 years in sales support, digital media, advertising, or administrative reception preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and familiarity with CRM, traffic, or digital ad platforms is a strong plus.
• Strong attention to detail, data/order accuracy, and multitasking in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional front-desk interactions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate digital advertising orders and trafficking instructions for the sales team.
