Drake Cooper is seeking an Integrated Agency Producer to lead productions from concept through final delivery, collaborating with Creative, Account, Strategy, and clients to deliver work across broadcast, digital, social, and emerging channels.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and production partners, while balancing creative ambition with timelines and money. A calm, collaborative approach helps projects move smoothly from kickoff to closeout.

• Experience leading multi-day productions with six- and seven-figure budgets.
• Strong knowledge of production and post-production workflows.
• Identifies opportunities to improve production efficiency through emerging technology without compromising creative excellence.

Drake Cooper is looking for a strategic, forward-thinking Integrated Agency Producer to join our team.

As an Integrated Agency Producer, you’ll lead productions from concept through final delivery, partnering with Creative, Account, Strategy, and our clients to deliver work across broadcast, digital, social, audio, and emerging channels.

You’ll be a trusted production lead, building budgets and schedules, sourcing production partners, navigating union and non-union projects, and keeping productions moving from kickoff to final delivery. You’ll know how to balance creative ambition with timelines, budgets, and the unexpected, while bringing a calm, collaborative approach to every project.
