The role involves supporting media operations through trafficking media assets, managing budgets, and collaborating with finance teams. This Role is based in Boise Idaho and is expected to work in office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
The Media Coordinator is the glue that keeps our traditional media team running smoothly. Part organizer, part problem-solver, and part media wizard, this role supports three key areas of the media department: media trafficking, media finance, and media buying support.
You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring creative assets make it from our team to media partners on time and in tip‑top shape; whether that’s broadcast TV spots, radio commercials, print and magazine ads, or eye‑catching outdoor creative. You’ll also help keep the data flowing by gathering traditional media impression metrics for our analytics team and supporting media finance through client pre‑billing and reconciliation.
Success in this role comes from being proactive, adaptable, and exceptionally organized. If you love checking things off a list, catching the details others miss, juggling multiple priorities, and collaborating with a great team to make big things happen, you’ll fit right in.
At Drake Cooper, we embrace differences in age, color, disability, ethnicity, family or marital status, gender identity or expression, language, national origin, physical and mental ability, political affiliation, race, religion, sexual orientation, socio‑economic status, veteran status, and other characteristics that make each of us unique.
