Join to apply for the Digital Sales Representative role at Federal Express Corporation.

As a Digital Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing business via outbound calls to small and medium-sized businesses that are current potential shipping clients or account holders. You will also be tasked with acquiring volume from new customers through fact-finding, qualifying businesses, and engaging in conversations with owners and decision-makers. To support your success, you will receive sales education, training, ongoing coaching, and support.

Essential Functions
  1. Develop new business and grow revenue by identifying potential customers, conducting background research, discussing supply chains with decision-makers, analyzing needs, and developing solutions.
  2. Maintain existing business by understanding customer’s business and supply chain, analyzing needs, and developing solutions.
  3. Coordinate with internal teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
  4. Engage regularly with customers to ensure understanding of service offerings and maximize utilization.
  5. Lead internal teams with organization, discipline, and adaptability.
  6. Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree or four years of B2B sales experience, or two years of relevant experience.

Minimum Experience

Relevant sales experience as specified above.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to travel overnight as required.

Job Conditions

Moderate travel required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leveraging technology (MS Suite, CRM, video conferencing) to maximize communication and research.
