About the Role

ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Associate. You will sell ADP solutions, including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits to new and existing clients using the latest digital technology. Your role involves serving as a consultative business partner to clients such as CFOs, HR and Payroll Administrators, Small Business Owners, and more, from Fortune 100 companies to startups. You will receive high-quality sales training and learn to use cutting-edge technology to succeed.

You will start with daily goals set by your leader around calls, talk time, and appointments, with increasing autonomy, flexibility, and work-life balance (Monday to Friday, no weekends). The role is virtual, requires no travel, and offers uncapped commissions, incentives, and promotional opportunities within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Grow our business while growing yours by working independently and collaboratively to close sales and meet targets.
  • Convert prospects into loyal clients through strategic outreach to decision-makers and business owners.
  • Deepen relationships within existing accounts by offering additional solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and ambassador, demonstrating professionalism and ethical standards.
Qualifications
  • Quick learner with new tools and technology, leveraging insights and data.
  • Positive self-starter with an upbeat, persistent attitude, capable of proactive outreach and managing time effectively.
  • Continuous learner, always seeking growth and improvement.
  • College degree is preferred but not required; relevant experience includes sales experience, internships, or military service.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior quota-carrying sales experience
  • Ability to build a network via social platforms
  • Experience with video platforms
