SailPoint is looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and motivated Digital Sales Representative responsible for driving sales growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic sales tactics. Using your SaaS experience, you will deliver a positive customer experience and maximize revenue in target accounts, collaborating with field sales teams to penetrate new and existing accounts.

The Path to Success
Within the first month, goals include onboarding, team introductions, shadowing calls, and familiarization with tools and sales pitch.
By 3 months, milestones include completing onboarding, refining pitches, creating development plans, and initial outreach efforts.
At 6 months, focus on pipeline targets, closing deals, and achieving KPIs.
By 12 months, aim to meet yearly targets, maintain KPI results, and close deals independently.
Benefits and compensation vary by location and employment type. The estimated US base salary range is $58,380 - $108,500, depending on experience.
