Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on the fly.
• Excellent written and oral communication, able to work with cross-functional teams.
• Foundational computer skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe products with potential training.

Responsibilities

• Work with eCommerce team to develop and maintain order entry data fields and bills of materials, ensuring orders are processed accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate with management, warehouse, and shipping to address order changes and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide support to other company functions and team members as needed.
• Resolve customer issues in the software to fix urgent problems and improve the user experience.
