London Bay, a luxury homebuilder and developer with over 35 years of experience, has an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Digital Sales Coordinator to join a world‑class branded residential development project. We are seeking a Digital Sales Coordinator for the Ritz‑Carlton Residences of Estero Bay, situated within the luxury master‑planned community of Saltleaf. The Saltleaf Project is one of the most significant luxury developments in the USA and is expected to generate an additional $6 billion in residential sales upon completion. The Digital Sales Coordinator will be responsible for answering and managing all inbound calls, digital leads, and social media inquiries. It will qualify potential clients while assessing their purchasing interests via web/email and phone calls and will interact directly with Sales Executives to set appointments. Compensation will be closely tied to sales goals and bonuses.
Two or more years of customer service experience, working closely with high‑net‑worth or luxury clientele in real estate, hospitality, or sales‑driven environment. Requires savvy computer skills including good working knowledge of social media. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must adhere to the London Bay Core Values of teamwork, respect, integrity, commitment, and quality. Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy, urgency, and discretion. Work experience in a competitive sales environment. Working knowledge of HubSpot a plus. Experience working with AI platforms and digital communication tools highly desirable.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 5 pounds. Requires the ability to sit for extended periods. This position is in‑person and can be performed from either Saltleaf Development office or inside the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa. Must be able to work weekends and/or varied hours between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. as directed by the Sales Director.
