Job summary

Hawaii News Now, part of Gray Media, Inc., is seeking a Digital Sales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team in Hawaii. You will learn quickly, be detail-oriented, and collaborate with a motivated group while protecting revenue by booking campaigns, optimizing orders, and ensuring fulfillment for advertiser partnerships.

Responsibilities include supporting Media Executives, acting as a secondary client contact, and creating social media content, posting website articles, and attaching videos

Qualifications

• Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
• Experience with creating social media content and basic video editing preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Protect revenue by booking campaigns, optimizing orders, and fulfilling client campaigns.
• Support Media Executives and act as a secondary point of contact for clients.
• Create social content, post website articles, and attach videos showcasing client interactions with the HNN brand.
