OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY
Fox Television Stations owns and operates 29 full power broadcast television stations in the U.S. These include stations located in 14 of the top 15 largest designated market areas, or DMAs, and duopolies in 11 DMAs, including the three largest DMAs (New York, Los Angeles and Chicago). Of these stations, 18 are affiliated with the FOX Network. In addition to distributing sports, entertainment and syndicated content, our television stations collectively produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news every week. These stations leverage viewer, distributor and advertiser demand for the FOX Network’s national content.
We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join Fox Television Stations FLX OTT platform. As a member of the team, you will work in a fun, fast-paced and fluid environment. You will work with sales leadership, AE's and marketing on all aspects of the pre and post sales process.
The Digital Sales Assistant provides administrative support to Account Executives in the Fox Local Extension (FLX) sales department, along with the Digital Sales Manager. Responsibilities include:
This position requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office applications, and strong organization and prioritization skills. Knowledge of the local TV marketplace is highly desirable. A willingness to learn and grow, customer focus, and the ability to work under pressure as a team player are essential. Experience with Wide Orbit is a plus, and the ability to work independently is required.
Due to the COVID-19 global pandemic, this position is temporarily remote. Candidates should have the ability to work from home with the understanding that the position will eventually return to the TV Station.
EDUCATION: A college degree and digital experience are preferred but not required. Knowledge of Wide Orbit software is helpful.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role is $48,000.00-51,851.00 per hour for high cost labor markets such as New York City and Los Angeles, and $40,000.00-43,209.00 per hour for all other US locations. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
