Job summary

Charter Manufacturing is seeking a May 2027 graduate to join its Digital Rotational Program (Technical Track). The Digital Rotational Analyst role offers two years of rotations across Customer Experience, Security, DevSecOps, and Digital Transformation/OT, with hybrid work (3 days in office, 2 days remote) and mentorship opportunities.

You’ll gain hands-on experience, work with experienced professionals, and develop technical, business, and leadership skills to launch your career at Charter

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent academic record with GPA 3.0+.
• IT internship or related experience.
• Team environment experience.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High initiative for excellence and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support Digital professionals in executing project work and day-to-day responsibilities during rotations.
• Participate in and complete projects individually and with cross-functional teams.
• Develop core IT skills, business acumen, and systems/process familiarity.
• Learn and grow foundational business skills offered by Charter.
• Build technical skills through targeted training within Digital functions.

Launch your career with a two-year rotational program designed to accelerate your professional growth and build a strong foundation in both Digital Technology and business operations. As a Digital Rotational Analyst, you'll gain hands-on experience through a variety of challenging assignments, work alongside experienced professionals, and develop the technical, business, and leadership skills needed for a successful career at Charter Manufacturing. This program is designed for recent college graduates who are eager to learn, solve complex business challenges, and make a meaningful impact while exploring the many facets of Digital Technology across our organization.

Prospective Concentrated Rotational Areas

• Customer Experience / Help Desk: 4 months
• Security: 6 months
• DevSecOps: 6 months
• Digital Transformation / Operational Technology: 8 months

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent academic record with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Information Technology, general business internship, or related experience.
• Prior experience participating in a team environment.
• Demonstrated communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of initiative for excellence, results, and process improvement.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with individuals at all levels within the business.
• Capability to travel in the greater Milwaukee area, as project load requires.

Preferred experience

• Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++) and/or web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with databases and data management (e.g., SQL).
• Understanding of networking concepts and cybersecurity principles.

Support Digital professionals in executing project work and day-to-day responsibilities within each rotation to build foundational skills. Participate in and complete projects both individually as well as with cross functional teams within the business. These assignments provide the Digital Rotational Analyst with opportunities to develop core IT skills, business acumen, systems & process familiarity, and organizational relationships. Learn and grow foundational business skills, including those offered through Charter when available: Professional Presence, Teams and Teamwork, Presentation Skills, Project Management, Conflict Management, Emotional Intelligence, and Safety Training.
