Job summary

Elliott Davis is seeking a Digital Risk Services Practice Leader to guide IT audit, SOC reporting, PCI, and technology risk advisory within Assurance. This Director/Partner-level role drives strategy, growth, and high-quality delivery across clients and service lines.

The leader will mentor teams, build executive relationships, and expand opportunities by leveraging cross-functional services. Mastery of risk, compliance, and client service is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Technology, MIS, Cybersecurity, or related field; master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in SOC reporting, IT audit, PCI, technology risk, cybersecurity, or related advisory/compliance services.
• CPA, CIA, CISA, CISSP, CISM or equivalent credential is required.
• Experience leading audit/advisory engagements and reviewing work programs, reports, and deliverables.
• Strong knowledge of IT audit, SOC reporting, PCI, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the DRS practice strategy, growth, and financial performance.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Oversee delivery quality, timelines, budgets, and client communications.
• Develop talent, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Collaborate with Assurance, Cybersecurity, Risk Advisory, and other service lines.
