The ideal candidate will bring extensive regulatory knowledge, risk assessment expertise, and strong communication skills to drive effective risk management initiatives in a dynamic Digital banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically eight+ years of applicable experience.
• Knowledge of Digital banking regulations and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent compliance oversight for Digital products and customer journeys.
• Evaluate regulatory changes and implement controls.
• Escalate significant risks with credible challenge.
• Partner with risk management and business teams to strengthen 2LOD governance.
