Job summary

Prestige Consumer Healthcare is seeking a Sales Manager to accelerate eCommerce growth through best-in-class digital media and digital shelf strategies, focusing on Walmart and omnichannel platforms across Target.com, Costco.com, and Kroger.com. You will lead retail media with a data-driven approach, optimize ROAS, manage budgets, and drive PDP/content enhancements.

This hybrid role requires collaboration across Sales, Brand, and Agency teams, with 10% travel and a Tue/Wed/Thu in Tarrytown

Qualifications

The role requires strong eCommerce digital media and performance marketing capabilities.
Experience with Walmart Connect and Scintilla is highly preferred.
Ability to translate retailer analytics into media and content plans.
Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar media budgets and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong communication skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of the retail media strategy including Sponsored Ads and DSP.
Own the digital shelf and PDP optimization to maximize conversion and SEO.
Collaborate with Sales, Brand, and Agency teams to align media with business objectives.
Analyze performance (ROAS, incrementality, halo impact) and optimize investments.
Connect media plans to promotional and event strategies and forecast impacts.
Scale test-and-learn opportunities across channels and audience targeting.
Build playbooks and capabilities across media and digital shelf management.
Manage media budgets, POs, pricing, and vendor negotiations.
Lead agency partners and ensure KPI-driven results using Walmart Scintilla insights.
