Job summary

BMW North America is seeking a Digital Retail & Granular Performance Management Intern in a hybrid role. You will analyze customer engagement, build dashboards, and support reporting across dealer networks.

The program emphasizes data analytics, platform testing, and cross-functional collaboration. Ideal candidates are pursuing business or analytics degrees, with strong Excel and BI tool interests, and a 60+ credit-hour threshold.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; interest in digital products and customer experience.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) is preferred.
• Ability to work with large datasets and communicate insights clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support development and enhancement of BMW’s Digital Retail platform.
• Analyze customer behavior, leads, conversions, and engagement metrics.
• Assist with customer journey analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support testing, release evaluation, and performance measurement of new features.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Identify dealership performance trends and operational improvements.
• Automate recurring reporting processes and improve efficiency.
• Prepare presentations and management reports; collaborate with multiple teams.
