U.S. Legal Support is hiring Digital Reporters in the Ft. Lauderdale area. The role offers hybrid work at client sites with training and certification support, no prior experience required.

Responsibilities include legal reporting, operating audio/tech equipment, document preparation, and general admin tasks. Must be tech‑savvy with at least 55 WPM typing; notary and AAERT certs are supported by the company.

Qualifications

• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with computers, software, and audio equipment (MUST HAVE).
• Typing: Minimum typing speed of 55+ WPM (typing test required).
• Communication: Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Notary: Ability to obtain State Notary Commission (assistance provided; existing Notary a plus).
• AAERT Certification: Training and certification provided prior to start date.
• Driver's license: Valid state-issued license, reliable transportation and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Legal Reporting: Administer oaths and participate in depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
• Technology Operations: Set up and operate computer/audio equipment for in-person and remote proceedings.
• Document Preparation: Prepare audio files, exhibits, and related materials for transcription.
• Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks when not in legal proceedings.
