Job summary

Iron Mountain in Livermore, CA is seeking a meticulous Digitizing Records Specialist to join our Global Digital Solutions team. You will convert physical assets into digital records, performing high-capacity scanning, rigorous quality control, and precise reassembly of documents to maintain their original sequence and integrity.

You will work in a high-volume production environment, collaborating with the production team on indexing and data accuracy, while maintaining logs and safety standards

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume production, warehouse, or administrative environment where speed and accuracy are balanced.
• Basic computer knowledge and the ability to quickly train on professional imaging software and high-capacity scanning hardware.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to remove staples, sort, and reassemble complex document sequences after scanning.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry boxes weighing up to 40 pounds regularly, with manual dexterity for staples removal and reassembly.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English to ensure safety and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute High-Capacity Digital Conversion: Manage preparation, sorting, and scanning of hard-copy files using imaging technology to transform physical records into high-quality electronic images.
• Drive Quality & Data Integrity: Perform document indexing and quality control to meet strict standards for accuracy and clarity.
• Maintain Operational Continuity: Complete internal documentation and tracking logs while adhering to workplace organization standards.
