Job summary

Digitas, part of Publicis Groupe, seeks a Sr Associate, Project Management to drive digital marketing projects for Fortune 500 clients. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules and risk, and help deliver engaging experiences across campaigns and CMS implementations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in PM/AM/Marketing, strong communication, and familiarity with AI tools. The AMP program focuses on mentorship and structured growth within a collaborative agency environment.

Qualifications

A four-year degree.
2+ years of Account Management, Project Management, Marketing, and/or related experience.
Working knowledge of enterprise tools (JIRA, MS Project/Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and generative AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day, your role includes: supporting large initiatives and leading smaller projects independently.
Setting up projects for success with the right team and client alignment.
Keeping clients and internal teams moving in the same direction.
Anticipating project needs and heading off potential pitfalls.
Removing barriers to success for the team.
Sharing knowledge with project teams and the Account Management & Project Management capabilities.
Partnering with client and internal cross-capability team members to ensure client-ready documentation.
