Technology Programmes delivers Project Management excellence to drive the development of technology in the Americas and beyond in the Smiths Detection Business. An activity of the business area is to manage major development activities to deliver and sustain capabilities to our world-wide Customers. A key functional area to delivering these outcomes is the R&D or Engineering Function.
In order to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and assure timely delivery, it is essential for project managers to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate effort is provided to each project. This requires robust tools to allow prioritization of projects and resource assignment based upon key metrics. This internship will focus on assisting current project managers in development and utilization of key project management tools and assisting in updating cross-funtional processes, and will identify new AI tools to help project managers in their day-to-day responsibilities.

Compensation is $15.00 - $35.00/hr and will vary depending on factors including level of school completed and type of position requirements for skills, whether technical or non‑technical.
