Job summary

Reingold is seeking a Digital Engagement Associate to manage day-to-day coordination of digital projects for government, nonprofit, and association clients. You will gather requirements, build roadmaps, track budgets and timelines, and ensure alignment across internal teams and clients.

The role is hybrid with in-office days in Raleigh, NC, or Alexandria, VA, as needed. You’ll work on paid media, email, SEO, and content, and grow towards client relationship ownership on the DPM team.

Qualifications

• General client-facing professional experience in agency, in-house, or consulting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to juggle several client accounts.
• Ability to gather client requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
• Genuine interest in digital engagement and digital project management.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document client requirements, objectives, and goals for digital experiences and campaigns.
• Support Discovery workstreams and lead Story Mapping/Experience Canvas activities.
• Prioritize launches and maintain roadmaps in Confluence and Jira Epics.
• Manage budgeting, task assignments, and client communication across accounts.
• Monitor KPIs and dashboards; collaborate to align messaging and brand.
