Job summary

Reingold is seeking a Digital Engagement Associate to join our Digital Project Management team in a hybrid Raleigh, NC area role. You will manage day-to-day coordination of digital campaigns for government, nonprofit, and association clients, gathering requirements, building roadmaps, tracking budgets, and ensuring alignment across teams and vendors.

The role emphasizes agile practices, paid media, email, SEO, and AI-enabled workflows, with opportunities to grow toward senior specialization

Qualifications

• General client-facing professional experience in an agency, in-house, or consulting setting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple client workstreams.
• Ability to translate client requirements into actionable plans and drive projects end-to-end.
• Interest in digital engagement and digital project management, with curiosity about paid media, email, SEO, and content.
• Comfort using AI tools day-to-day and willingness to learn new ones.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with initiative and adaptability to shifting priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document client requirements and goals for digital experiences and marketing engagements.
• Support Discovery workstreams and lead Story Mapping and Experience Canvas activities.
• Prioritize launches, set milestones, and maintain roadmaps in Jira/Confluence.
• Manage day-to-day budgeting, task assignments, and cross-team communication.
• Monitor KPIs, build dashboards, and align messaging across deliverables.
• Guide teams on Agile/Kanban; participate in client calls and record action items.
• Track billable hours across accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency.
