Job summary

Reingold, a full-service marketing and creative firm in Alexandria, VA, seeks a Digital Engagement Associate to manage day-to-day digital projects for government, nonprofit, and association clients. • General client-facing professional experience in an agency, in-house, consulting, or similar setting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and client accounts.
• Ability to gather and document project requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
• Genuine interest in digital engagement and digital project management, curious about how paid media, email, SEO, and content work together.
• Open to working in an AI-forward environment and using AI tools daily.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, able to take initiative and adapt without a fixed playbook.
• Curiosity, comfort with ambiguity, and drive to succeed as priorities shift.
• Excellent written and oral communication with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document client requirements and objectives for digital experiences and marketing engagements.
• Support discovery workstreams and lead Story Mapping / Experience Canvas activities.
• Prioritize product and campaign launches and maintain roadmaps in Confluence and Jira epics.
• Manage budgeting, task assignments, and client communication across accounts.
• Monitor KPIs, build dashboards, and ensure brand consistency across deliverables.
• Identify roadblocks and work with clients and vendors to keep timelines on track.
• Guide teams on Agile and Kanban practices; take notes in client calls and follow through on actions.
• Track billable time and hit deadlines in a fast-moving agency environment.
• Support planning, execution, and QA of paid media, email, and SEO campaigns.
