We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Project Manager to lead high-visibility, cross-functional ecommerce initiatives. This role is crucial for ensuring transparency in project prioritization, status, risks, and dependencies, while driving successful delivery of ecommerce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing complex projects and leveraging data insights to optimize outcomes.

Responsibilities

1. Project Prioritization & Communication: Ensure clarity on project priorities, progress, risks, and mitigation plans through regular stakeholder updates.
2. Execution Excellence: Manage end-to-end lifecycle of ecommerce and IT projects, ensuring timely, scoped, and budgeted delivery.
3. Budget Management: Monitor and control project budgets and resource allocation.
4. Risk & Issue Management: Conduct project analyses, identify risks, escalate issues, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues proactively.
5. Dependency Coordination: Manage cross-functional dependencies to ensure alignment and avoid delays.
6. Project Management Tools: Use tools like Jira, Asana, or similar to create dashboards and visualizations for real-time project insights.
7. Data-Driven Optimization: Use data to assess project performance and identify improvements.
8. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate across teams, facilitate meetings, and align efforts to deliver results.
9. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain documentation, develop KPIs, and report on project metrics to stakeholders.
10. Change Management: Lead platform change initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation.
11. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new tools and practices to enhance platform performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years project management experience in ecommerce or IT, preferably in B2B or B2C environments.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday, etc.) and skills in budgeting and resource management.
• Attention to detail and accountability.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing risks and dependencies.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field; PMP certification is a plus.
