Job summary

tms is seeking a Digital Project Management Intern to support the program lead. You will help create and manage timelines, capture notes, and document business requirements. You'll also help with weekly status emails and participate in daily stand-ups with Tech and QA teams.

This internship offers cross-functional exposure across account, creative, business analysts, UX, content, and development teams, plus a capstone project presented at program end.

Qualifications

• Rising Junior, Senior, or Recent Graduate.
• GPA: 3.0 or higher.
• Solutions-oriented with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, enjoys building relationships and working with others.
• Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong time and project management skills, comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Resourceful and a proactive self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Help create and manage program timelines.
• Provide notes/recaps for internal calls.
• Document, review, and update program business requirements.
• Send out weekly communication emails to the team about project status.
• Gain exposure to daily tech stands and sprint ceremonies with Tech and QA teams.
• Collaborate with account, creative, business analysts, UX, Content, and Tech teams.
