Raytheon in Woburn, MA seeks a Digital Program Lead (DPL) to own the DT roadmap and execution for program work environments. You will be the DT touchpoint for leadership, ensuring cross‑functional collaboration and strategic alignment across program teams.

The role is 100% onsite in Woburn with relocation available; requires a Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship. You’ll lead DT initiatives, manage metrics and budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance (DFARS, CMMC, RMF, JSIG).

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, Engineering, Math, STEM.
• Must have and maintain a U.S. Government issued Secret clearance with ability to be read on to special access programs.
• Experience in IT, Software/Systems Engineering, and/or Program Management.

Raytheon has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Program Lead (DPL) in the Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) Strategic Business Unit (SBU). The DPL provides leadership within the Global Sensors & Mission Systems (GSMS) Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU) in Woburn, MA by owning the roadmap and execution of the Digital Technology (DT) scope to support program work environment needs. The successful candidate will be the DT touchpoint for program leadership, program management teams, and functional partners serving as a strategic business partner, escalation point, and a change agent for digital transformation. This role will work in a cross-functional environment ensuring effective DT support of program from start-up through sustainment.

This role will require the individual to be based in Woburn, MA to provide onsite support 5 days per week. This is an on-site position, with relocation to the Woburn, MA area available if the selected applicant meets company policy criteria.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, Engineering, Math, STEM degree and must have a minimum of 8 years of directly related experience or a master’s degree and 5 years of directly related experience
• Must have and maintain a U.S. Government issued Secret security clearance with ability to be read on to special access programs. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
• Experience in Overall Information Technology, Software/Systems Engineering, and/or Program Management experience

Qualifications We Prefer

• Extensive experience as an Agile Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Product Manager, leading cross‑functional teams with PMP and/or PMX/CMX Certification HIGHLY Desired
• Expertise in project management, risk/opportunity analysis, cost analysis (CAM), and performance tracking across complex programs
• Understanding of software development, systems integration, DevSecOps, Continuous Improvement and testing processes through the full program life cycle
• Strong leadership skills, adept at motivating teams, managing large portfolios/backlogs, and influencing senior stakeholders
• Excellent communicator with expertise in business case analysis, ROI modeling, contract/SOW negotiation, and stakeholder engagement

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
