The role requires a strong grasp of Agile/Scrum, 7+ years of experience, and CSPO certification. This position emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and/or product certificate.
• 7+ years relevant experience in product delivery or related field.
• CSPO certification and project management experience considered an asset; SAFe experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned with product vision.
• Collaborate with senior management and other Product Owners to maximize value.
• Participate in scrum or Kanban events and drive delivery efficiency.
• Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure readiness for changes and Day 2 support.
