Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Digital Product Owner for Chromatography Data Systems to guide Empower, Openlab CDS, and Chromeleon across Therapeutics Development & Supply. You will shape product direction, ensure data integrity, and drive cross‑functional adoption of digital lab solutions.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, data governance, and collaboration with global teams to accelerate innovative therapeutic development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharma or related sciences/engineering disciplines.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or related sectors.
Hands‑on experience with Empower, Openlab CDS, or Chromeleon is preferred.

Responsibilities

Design CDS future state with business leaders, data architects and IT to deliver business value.
Regulatory, SOP management, inspections support, and lifecycle management of validated systems.
Drive stakeholder alignment and promote adoption of data solutions across sites.
Oversee data lifecycle from collection to analysis, adhering to FAIR principles.
Collaborate with SMEs to guide feature design and data integration.
Manage vendor relationships for lab, manufacturing, and data analytics systems.
Troubleshoot issues and pursue continuous improvement across CDS landscape.
Lead cross-functional projects to deliver strategic system roadmaps.
