Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Digital Product Owner for Chromatography Data Systems (CDS) within the Therapeutics Development & Supply division. The role drives the product direction for Empower, Openlab CDS, and Chromeleon, connecting scientific workflows with trusted data across global labs.

You will collaborate with DOS, system architects, and business SMEs to ensure regulatory compliance and measurable value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharma or related field
Minimum 5 years of industry experience in pharma/biotech or related sectors
Hands-on experience with Empower, Openlab CDS, or Chromeleon is preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of GMP regulations; SDLC knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

Design & Implement Software Solutions with business value
Regulatory, Audit & SOP management support and compliance
Align stakeholders and promote data solution adoption
Manage data lifecycle from collection to analysis adhering to FAIR data principles
Collaborate with SMEs and technical owners for feature design and data integration
Vendor management for lab, manufacturing, and data analytics systems
Troubleshooting and continuous improvement of CDS and data systems
Lead cross-functional projects and drive business value realization
Define roadmaps and architecture for CDS within lab system landscape
Network within industry to benchmark and bring best practices
