Responsibilities

  • Strategize and execute content across multiple digital products, including marketing, internal, regulatory, support, and educational content.
  • Manage: Marketing pages, Support content, FAQs, App marketing and educational content; App marketing assets, including tiles and CTAs.
  • Identify content and marketing opportunities and align on strategy with key partners across Marketing Strategy, Public Affairs, Commercial Strategy, Legal, and other stakeholders.
  • Establish deadlines and guide content delivery through launch; maintain stakeholder communication and coordinate launch announcements.
  • Define requirements for KPI dashboards and analytics; identify success metrics and establish continuous performance-monitoring processes.
  • Develop A/B testing campaign requirements and measurement recommendations to improve content and conversion.
  • Translate marketing concepts into detailed product requirements and executable tactics.

Employment Type: Contract/Hybrid

Duration: 6+ months with possible extension or conversion

Pay range: $78/hr - $81/hr W2

Position Summary:

  • Our client is seeking a Senior Digital Product Operations Manager to support digital experiences across websites, mobile applications, connected products, Cast communications, and printed Guest-facing collateral. This role will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Creative, Production, Technology, Legal, Public Affairs, and other cross-functional teams to bring business and marketing needs to life across a large, complex digital organization.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with consumer-facing websites, mobile applications, digital content, digital marketing, and product operations, along with strong collaboration, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Content Management
  • Strategize and execute content across multiple content types for connected digital products, including marketing, internal, regulatory, support, and educational content.

Relationship Management
  • Manage partner expectations, scope, budget discussions, and project communications under the guidance of leadership.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners.
  • Serve as a consistent point of contact and provide accountability for collaborative work within the Connected Products space.
  • Provide strategic perspectives and best practices to address partners' digital business needs.
  • Shift effectively between multiple projects and lines of business.
  • Communicate and support the organization's Technology & Digital strategy.
  • Deliver solutions that address business partner needs while remaining aligned with established digital strategy.
Requirements Definition & Product Operations
  • Translate marketing concepts into detailed product requirements and executable tactics.
  • Develop project briefs outlining objectives, strategies, target audiences, background, and execution considerations.
  • Translate research and data into actionable insights that drive business opportunities, project objectives, and prioritization.
  • Write detailed business requirements or own the quality and completeness of requirements.
  • Drive on-time, on-budget, and on-strategy delivery of marketing and operations-related projects.
  • Escalate unresolved business, strategy, scope, and budget issues appropriately.
  • Define, prioritize, and drive acceptance of project objectives and scope with project teams and business partners.
  • Ensure appropriate review and sign-off of key deliverables across Technology & Digital teams and business partners.
  • Foster effective relationships across Creative, Production, Technology, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate solutions and alignment between business and technical teams.
