Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Digital Retail – Digital Messaging Platform and Delivery Channels. You will define strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for email, SMS, push, web, and in‑app messaging, partnering with product, technology, data analytics, customer experience, and business teams to drive measurable client and business results.

You will build analytics frameworks, dashboards, and reporting, balancing discovery, delivery, platform health, and scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management, platform product management, analytics product management, data strategy, or related field
• Experience defining product strategy, measurable outcomes, and roadmaps for complex digital platforms
• Strong data and analytics fluency with qualitative and quantitative evidence

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and 12‑month roadmap for Digital Messaging platform and channels
• Establish outcomes, OKRs, KPIs for platform and journey performance
• Build analytics dashboards and reporting frameworks for data‑driven decisions
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives across business, tech, data, risk and CX
• Develop dashboards and reusable analytics solutions to improve visibility into messaging effectiveness
• Collaborate with data and engineering teams on data quality and reporting automation
• Oversee end‑to‑end client journey across email, SMS, push, web messaging, and in‑app messaging
• Maintain stakeholder alignment and surface risks with mitigation plans
