Finance of America seeks a senior product leader to define and execute strategy for reverse mortgage and home equity products across digital channels. You will shape the customer experience through data, design, and technology, guiding agile teams to deliver secure, high-performing solutions.

Reporting to the SVP of Product Management, you will own roadmaps, collaborate with Marketing, Design, and Engineering, and translate complex financial concepts into intuitive digital experiences while

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
Experience leading product strategy for digital financial products.
Strong understanding of UX/UI and customer journeys.
Experience with analytics and digital tools (GA, Figma, Jira, Confluence).
Proven end-to-end project management and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

Defines and executes product strategies leveraging digital platforms to deliver seamless financial experiences.
Owns the roadmap for the digital experience and collaborates with Marketing to define problems to solve.
Works with Marketing and Design to improve usability, engagement, and satisfaction.
Partners with engineering and design to build scalable, user-friendly financial solutions.
Leads cross-functional Agile teams to deliver iterative improvements and innovation.
Develops clear user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
Ensures consistent product performance across mobile apps, websites, and third-party platforms.
Analyzes usage data and customer feedback to inform priorities and enhancements.
Collaborates with legal, compliance, and risk teams to meet regulatory standards and security requirements.
