Job summary

Technogen, Inc. in Pittsburgh seeks an experienced Digital Product Manager to own the digital product roadmap and backlog, shaping the Find, Decide, Buy journey.

You will drive product discovery, search, merchandising & promotions while optimizing pricing experiences and conversion funnels. You will collect VoC insights, define user stories and acceptance criteria, and partner with UX, engineering, analytics & business teams to monitor KPIs and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Digital Product Management experience
• 5+ years managing products through the full product lifecycle
• 3-5 years of eCommerce Product Management experience
• Expertise in Product Strategy, Roadmaps, Backlogs & Agile Delivery
• Strong experience with: Customer Journey Optimization
• Strong experience with Product Discovery & Search
• Strong experience with Merchandising & Promotions
• Strong experience with CRO
• Strong experience with Product Analytics & KPIs
• Experience with A/B & Multivariate Testing
• Experience with UX & Design Thinking
• Experience with MVP Delivery
