Vidorra Consulting Group is seeking a Digital Product Manager to support the development of digital experiences for the Global Lounge Collection, including the website, mobile apps, and the Centurion Lounge Digital Waitlist.

You will partner with product, engineering, design, analytics, content management, and operations to translate strategy into actionable requirements, run agile ceremonies, and drive end-to-end delivery in a global, hospitality-focused environment.

Qualifications

  • Foundational experience in Product Management or a related role.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
  • Strong written communication skills with experience drafting structured requirements or documentation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Effective collaborator comfortable working across business and technical teams.
  • Basic technical fluency (understanding of APIs, mobile/web development concepts, and analytics tools).
  • 2-5 years of experience in Digital Product Management or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery and execution of the roadmap for Lounge Services.
  • Translate business requirements into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
  • Partner closely with engineering, content, and design teams to support feature development, testing, and launch readiness.
  • Maintain and groom product backlogs to ensure clarity, prioritization alignment, and delivery efficiency.
  • Track feature progress, proactively identify risks or dependencies, and elevate as appropriate.
  • Support definition of KPIs and success metrics for new features and enhancements.
  • Analyze performance data and customer feedback to inform iteration opportunities.
  • Aid in the coordination of cross-functional communication to ensure stakeholders are aligned on timelines, scope, and launch expectations.

Digital Product Manager, Lounge Services

Location: United States (NY-based is ideal, but open to remote)

The Digital Lounge Services team drives the vision, product strategy, and execution of digital capabilities that power the Global Lounge Collection. We create innovative, end-to-end digital solutions that simplify travel, enhance real‑time servicing, support operational excellence, and elevate the premium value of American Express lounges worldwide.

Overview

We are seeking a Digital Product Manager to support the development and execution of digital experiences across the client's Global Lounge Collection ecosystem, including the Global Lounge Collection website and mobile experiences, and the Centurion Lounge Digital Waitlist.

This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Content Management, and Operations to deliver high-quality enhancements that improve Card Member experiences at our Centurion Lounges, support lounge operations, and facilitate the delivery of the lounge access benefit to Card Members all over the world. The Product Manager plays a critical role in translating product strategy into clear requirements and driving day‑to‑day execution across multiple initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate combines product management expertise with a passion for travel and hospitality, leveraging insights, technology, and partnerships to deliver world‑class experiences for our Card Members.

  • We re looking for a product-minded candidate with experience building internal tools content management systems are a plus and using data to both guide decisions and measure the impact of product changes.
  • They demonstrate technical fluency, including a solid understanding of APIs and analytics tools, enabling effective collaboration with engineering and data partners.
  • They bring strong organizational and communication skills, with a track record of effectively running agile ceremonies, maintaining clear documentation, and managing projects end‑to‑end.
  • While familiarity with lounge or travel experiences is a plus, the most important trait is deep user empathy whether for colleagues using internal tools, Card Members navigating lounge access, or agents supporting Card Members.
  • Role can be virtual or hybrid in one of our Amex office locations (NY preferred).
Key Responsibilities
