Qualifications

• Experience through coursework or internships demonstrating leadership, data literacy, or product mindset.
• Interest in AI-enabled products, data analytics, and enterprise platform concepts.
• Familiarity with Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, and roadmaps.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Support product strategy, discovery, and roadmap planning with cross-functional partners.
• Frame customer problems, develop hypotheses, write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesis of insights to inform decisions.
• Evaluate value, feasibility, risk, and effort to support prioritization decisions.
• Define product outcomes, KPIs, dashboards, and post-launch learning plans.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities to improve experiences.
• Collaborate across product, engineering, analytics, and risk teams on concepts and roadmaps.
• Explore AI or automation opportunities with a focus on responsible use.
