PNC is seeking a Digital Product Manager Lead to guide the Digital Investing platform across multiple markets in the United States. The role focuses on maintaining health, reliability, and evolving the platform while balancing client experience, operational needs, and risk considerations.

You will work with Technology, Architecture, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and UX teams to deliver value and prioritize enhancements. A strong Agile background and stakeholder influence are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Agile product development and software delivery practices.
• Ability to translate technical and operational challenges into clear business outcomes.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, prioritization, and backlog for platform support and enhancements.
• Coordinate across Digital Investing product teams for alignment and delivery.
• Support release planning, production readiness, incident response, and post-release stabilization.
• Provide clear communication on deliverables, dependencies, risks, and timelines to senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve platform resiliency, scalability, and efficiency.
